Process Development Scientist

About the role

You'll design and optimize the processes that take a product from bench scale to manufacturing: planning experiments, running them at lab and pilot scale, and analyzing the data to lock in parameters. You'll write development reports and batch records, support technology transfer to production, and troubleshoot when a scaled-up batch drifts out of spec. You'll work closely with quality and manufacturing to make sure what you develop can actually run on the floor.

What you will bring

You have hands-on process development experience in a regulated or industrial lab and think in terms of design of experiments rather than trial and error. You document thoroughly, present data honestly, and enjoy the grind of turning a promising method into a reliable process.
