About the role

You'll design and run clinical studies from protocol development through data analysis and publication. Day to day you'll draft study protocols, oversee sample and data collection, apply statistical methods to interim and final datasets, and prepare submissions for research ethics boards and Health Canada. You'll work closely with clinical trial coordinators, biostatisticians, and principal investigators, and you'll present findings to internal teams and at scientific conferences.

What you will bring

You bring graduate-level training in a life sciences discipline and hands-on experience running or supporting clinical studies. You're rigorous with data, comfortable defending methodology under scrutiny, and patient with the regulatory side of research. You write clearly and can explain complex results to non-scientists.
